    Complete a Burst or Surge 3 to 4 times resting 2 to 3 minutes between each set…sets means how many times you do that exercise in this case burst/surge.

    I started this a week ago and really noticed a difference in my stamina and endurance. I like it because it’s short and to the point and doesn’t have to be done everyday.

    You said to rest the day after a session of burst training. How about strength training or just a lighter workout the next day?
