I think it’s awesome of you to do this. The vidoes, I mean. Thanks!
But I’m wondering how many times this should be done. Should it be repeated? If so, how many times?
Also, my doctor was telling me that I should exercise for at least an hour everyday (I’m 14). Is this true? I’ve never really liked sports, which is why I’m trying yoga.
And one more thing (sorry, I’m really going overboard here), should I mix up which workouts I’m doing or can I just keep doing the same one?
